Please note: If you have been trying to book counselling sessions with Irene, please note that she is more busy than usual right now due to psychoeducational testing requests. If you have a flexible schedule, please feel free to add your availability to the ‘waitlist’ and you will be notified of late cancellations and when appointments open up. 📅 Cancellation Policy

To notify us of a cancellation, please reach out to us at info@irenespelliscy.com, or 778-721-5804. Please note we do not answer on weekends but will respond once we are back in office.

2 business days notice must be given for the cancellation of appointments otherwise, those who provide less than than 2 business days notice will be charged 50% of the session fee, and those who provide less than than 1 business day notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.
